Electronic Owner Payments (ACH) Owners get paid securely and quickly via convenient electronic payment. Your funds arrive directly into your bank account. There is no cost to use this service.

 

We make sure your property is up to code with the Texas Security Devices Statute which all rental-home owners in Texas need to be in compliance with. Texas State Law requires re-keying of Rental Properties and addition Security Devices to be installed on the property.

 

Our owners love that we provide surveys with pictures every six months. The surveys leave no doubt in anyone’s mind as to the condition of the property.

Katy Property Management is pleased to offer you our Eviction Protection Program, which has been developed in response to concerns expressed over the rising cost of processing evictions.

 

One of the greatest compliments that we can receive from one of our owners is a referral of a friend or family member for us to manage their property. As a gesture of appreciation for your referral, we will credit both owners for one month FREE management after the new property rents.

 

Is used by owners to notify Katy Property Management of changes in Mailing Address, Contact Information and other changes. To help protect owners against identity theft, we require all owners that are changing their mailing address or the address where their funds or statements are sent to submit all changes in writing.
